Hello everyone! I apologize for being fairly quiet over the last few months but I desperately needed a break after releasing Bound by Steel. It was a whirlwind to say the least and I loved every minute of it but it took it’s toll. As it does with the conclusion of every book I’ve written. When you live, eat and breathe these characters day in and day out and then suddenly it’s over, it’s like losing a loved one. So, it took me a beat to re-group and move on. Silly, I know but Lyra and Ryker will always be near and dear to my heart. Perhaps, we’ll hear more of their story through someone else’s eyes. I’d love that! Wouldn’t you?
Now, it’s time to move on and I’m so excited to share my next project with you! Especially, since I was approached by a young man who asked me to write his story, Exciting, right? Absolutely! Obviously, this is new to me since this is the first time a ‘character’ contacted me. So, I’ve been gathering every little detail and tidbit of information that he’s willing to reveal so I can do him justice. I’m honored that he’s willing to put his trust in me to tell his story and I’m forever grateful for the opportunity. Stop the Rain is the actual title of the book and since his characters name is Noel, I’ll refer to him by that name in the coming months.
Noel’s a very brave and charismatic young man who’s had a rough start in life. Which is why he’s willing to come forward. He knows there are many of you out there who will see yourself through his eyes. And if he can save just one of you, then his journey will have been worthwhile.
