  Every month I update my website to let all of you know what's happening.  If you've been checking in then you know in the month of October I promised to give you a new 'teaser' every Wednesday about my second book, 'Logan'.  This is the official blurb that will be on the back of the book when it's released sometime in November.  Enjoy!

  Once again, I've omitted the title of the book. My reason for doing so is because when I punch up my title on Amazon not one book pops up with that title.  This is the reason I'm being so secretive because when my book goes live and someone searches by putting in my name or the title's, mine will be the only one to appear.  Unlike, Because of You who has over 60 pages on the Kindle. With that said, thanks for being so understanding...

Breaking News..

  My last post was in June and it didn't really reveal anything about what I've been passionately working on for the last eight months.  My second book...  For all of you that follow me on my website, www.connielafortune.com, I apologize because this will seem repetitive.
  It's finished, it has been edited and it is now in the pre production phase.  I have to make all the final decisions about trim size, page color, cover, title, marketing and production options.  Once completed it goes into the production phase and that's when they print my book.  I must admit it's easier the second time around..
  Every Wednesday in the month of October I will reveal something new about the book.  Official blurb, book trailer video, giveaways, and Cover Reveal.  I will make sure to add it to this blog as well as my website just in case you don't frequent both.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a November release date.
  I've deleted all old posts because I feel like this is a new beginning for me. Maybe it has something to do with the seasons changing or the crisp night air but it's cathartic for me.  I'm sure that's evident by the 'new' page background.
